He moved to Ocala Florida in 1976 to manage the University of Florida Horse Research Center and worked on a Master’s Degree in Animal Science with a major in Equine Reproduction at the University of Florida. In 1979 he received his Real Estate license and specialized in the sale of horse farms and acreage.In 1988 he created Albiol & Associates Realty Inc.
