This is a original 1969 DZ 302 block, it is the 618 casting block, the date code is B-10-9 it is a 4 bolt, it is still std bore and it has the vin on the side of the block also. It s to hard to make out, the best I can see is like the firts 3 numbers 1916 then 7614 or it is 7574, ther is some center number I can make out, the code on the front pad is V0512DZ. The water pump is 30275. The pistons rods and crank is still together, the oil pan is off and the heads and intake is off also. I have the bolts push rods, the balancer is still on it. I have a strong running 1973 429/460 engine for sale, bolted to a good shifting C6 3 speed automatic transmission. Not sure if it's a 429 or 460, as they both have the same casting numbers on the block. But the heads are D3VE A2A, which are "73" heads with 2.08/1.66 valves, which were used on both 429/460 engines, this is a great running engine, you can hear it run, still in the truck!
