The Plan: Either find a compatible roommate and rent a 2/2 together or take a room in someones home.
Location: Ocala/Lady Lake/The Villages/Maybe Gainesville (North Central Florida area) for 26 & 27. My lease is up 8/31 so am looking for 9/1 forward BUT if the right situation presented I could move earlier…
Setup: I’m looking to either split a 2BR/2BA apartment/house (this is my preference) OR move into your existing nice home (absolutely need my own bathroom).
The Budget: I can contribute up to $1,100/month (give or take).
The Vibe: I’m friendly and social but respect boundaries—we don’t have to be best friends, just good housemates. I enjoy a drink now and then and I’m totally cool with pets.
The Fine Print: If I move into your home, I’d want utilities included. If we rent fresh, we split everything 50/50. I am open to any age or gender. BTW I’m gay but not an activist if it matters.
