Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Buyer role located in Ocala, FL. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring smartphones and electronics in alignment with company needs and goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, conducting price comparisons, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. Tele-sales or Telemarketing is a strong plus.
Qualifications
Experience with procurement, vendor management, and supply chain processes
Strong negotiation skills and ability to conduct market analyses
Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics, including trends and specifications
Proficient in using spreadsheets, procurement software, and other relevant tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships
Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on cost savings and operational efficiency
Familiarity with environmental compliance or recycling practices is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is a plus
