Accounting/Head Bookkeeper through Financial Statements – Full Time

Real Estate and Property Management experience
Proficiency in: Propertyware, Quickbooks and Excel
Payroll/Paychex experience a plus.
Must be detailed oriented and able to work well with staff and associates in a demanding position.
Property Management Responsibilities include but no limited to processing:
Tenant payments and owner contributions
Vendor bills and payments
Tenant and Owner data maintenance
Commercial sales tax setup, calculations and filing
Monthly Owner Statement generation
Monthly Management Reconciliations
Escrow reconciliation reporting
Other Responsibilities for Brokerage:
Process and pay bills
Manage financial reporting
Backup Commission Processor as needed.
Backup Payroll Processor as needed.
Position is responsible for multiple companies accounting needs thru financial statements
Processing 1099’s for multiple divisions/entities
