Fast paced financial planning firm seeks experienced, full-time Front Desk Office Assistant with exceptional client service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Candidate must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and the Advisors. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organization and follow-thru and the ability to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and lunches
• Greeting clients
• Serving refreshments
• Entering information into database as needed
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Performing various miscellaneous tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Positive attitude and extraordinary client service skills
• Exceptional Team player
• Experience in operating various office equipment, including personal computer, fax machine, copier, etc.
• Skill in using various software packages including Microsoft Office and database applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines
