Fast paced financial planning firm seeks experienced, full-time Front Desk Office Assistant with exceptional client service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Candidate must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and the Advisors. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organization and follow-thru and the ability to multi-task.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling and confirming appointments and lunches
Greeting clients
Serving refreshments
Entering information into database as needed
Sorting and distributing mail
Filing
Performing various miscellaneous tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Positive attitude and extraordinary client service skills
Exceptional Team player
Experience in operating various office equipment, including personal computer, fax machine, copier, etc.
Skill in using various software packages including Microsoft Office and database applications
Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines
