After investing in commercial properties in St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands and Ocala we decided that we wanted to focus on a career in Commercial Real Estate. We have been Commercial Agents at Bill Rodger’s Realty since 2003 and have facilitated over $10 million dollars in Real Estate transactions. We chose this firm because it is one of the oldest and most respected Brokerages servicing Marion County since 1963. For the last 12 years we have worked with many investors (sellers and buyers) commercial property owners developers and retail tenants finding them locations that work for their particular situations and investment needs. We help analyze acquisition disposition strategies and calculate values using current and historical market knowledge. We also assist to understand and navigate local government regulations in an effort to maximize client goals and minimize costs.Our mission is to meet and exceed expectations and to treat every real estate transaction as though it were our own property.· We work closely and meet once a month with all area Commercial Brokers to exchange listings and market information.· We reach out nationally have contacts with many restaurant and retail chains as well as big box stores.· We have been listed repeatedly in Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors Top Producer’s Awards List. · We have sold and leased many Commercial properties in Ocala and Marion County.
