Ranch or Country Home Room Rental for Veteran Non-Profit Worker

Highly responsible Non-Profit, Veteran’s Social Worker in the Ocala/Morriston/Dunnelon area looking to rent a room in a shared home on a quite ranch or acreage property, long term. Been living in the area and helping Veteran’s for almost 10 years, but my rent has been raised two years in a row in my present living arrangement while living on a non-profit low income, even after fixing just about everything you can think of here, saving the owner’s thousands of dollars every year. It’s very irresponsible when Absentee Landlords don’t compensate tenants for work, and call them every 5 minutes with a new problem. I’m extremely talented in all trades and property management and very happy to assist with things on your property but must be treated fairly with compensation for work especially if you’re an absentee landlord or Property Investor who has multiple properties. I am will to pay $450 or more a month depending on the place, for a decent sized room with a bathroom and full kitchen access, internet service and air conditioning.
