Hi I’m Jim. I own a half acre fenced in property just north of Reddick with a 2 bedroom mobile home. I’d like to rent one bedroom, share the living room/kitchen/bathroom. I would have my own personal bedroom also at other end of mobile home. Electric, Water , WIFI included. $375 up front fee then $375 a month. I’m a quiet person work a lot. Please no alcohol or drugs. I’m open to having a. dog there. My home isn’t perfect was built in 1983 but i keep it clean and organized. Some small help to fix little tings I’d probably bring down rent.
